Privacy, plainly
Matilda asks callers for their name and phone number, and what they’re calling about. She does not ask for date of birth or Medicare numbers. Calls are recorded and transcribed and processed by our providers: Vapi, Twilio and Netlify in the United States, Brevo in the EU (summary emails) and Microsoft Azure (voice).
